Pilguse Manor, with a documented history dating back to 1558, has evolved into a high-end destination combining accommodation, gastronomy, wellness and privacy amid the untouched nature of Saaremaa.
The integrated concept being developed around the historic Pilguse Manor estate includes 12 individually designed residences and a strictly limited membership model.

The Residency Collection comprises 12 individually designed residences and a strictly limited total of 48 memberships – only four for each residence.
Each membership provides a 10-year fractional long-lease right to a selected residence. Multiple memberships may also be acquired, allowing for extended personal use.
Membership extends across the wider Pilguse lifestyle. Members enjoy privileged access to dedicated member areas, the wellness centre with indoor pool, steam room and saunas, creative and co-working spaces, the estate gardens and farm-to-table experiences, together with selected benefits across Pilguse dining, wellness and experiences.
The structure also includes the option to participate in the rental programme during periods when members are not using their allocated time.
