The new Panorama Residence real estate project is becoming increasingly popular and in demand, as seen in the number of transactions and reservations that have been made during the past two weeks after open house days at the Lielirbes Street 13 building in mid-March.
Representatives of Baltic Sotheby’s International offered visitors a chance to tour the building, as well as 19 flats with various layouts, starting with small two-room flats and ending with two-floor penthouse-type apartments with large terraces. We offered a look at various designs from our partners – the D.E.B.C. salon and the Ambergs company.”

Many guests took advantage of the opportunity to be photographed on the terrace of Rīga’s highest apartment building, complete with a city landscape in the background. A special guest at the event was Lauris Reiniks, a popular singer and event host in Latvia. He lives in the tallest apartment building in Rīga and was glad to share his impressions about it.
“We were pleasantly surprised about the interest among Rīga residents in particular, and we are gratified about the first results,” says Ilze Mazurenko. “I must note that many people already had formulated their desire in terms of viewing flats of certain sizes and with views of one part of the city or another.”
