BALTIC SOTHEBY’S INTERNATIONAL REALTY COMMENCED ACTIONS

In April 2010 Baltic Sotheby’s International realty commenced actions, starting with opening in Riga the first office in Baltic States. As referred earlier, in March 2010 Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty joined international real estate network of Sotheby’s International Realty®.

Further development strategy anticipates to open office  in Tallinn at the beginning of 2011 and in Vilnius at the beginning of 2012.
