Mantas graduated from the Vilnius University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and master’s in finance. He has accumulated a valuable 20 years of experience in such international organizations as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Nordea and SEB. Mantas started his career as a financial service sales manager. His passion for sales, responsibility and internal motivation led to a successful career. At Nordea Finance Lithuania, Mantas headed the Sales through Partners Department and worked there for 8 years. Later, he was responsible for the activities and results of the Customer Service Department at SEB Bank for 6 years, leading the team of several dozen people. Mantas also took part in various trainings for improving sales, leadership and staff training skills. Mantas fluently speaks English and Russian. While working at the bank, Mantas was also engaged in decision-making on granting loans for purchasing real estate, cooperation with real estate developers and notaries, thus his passion for sales and knowledge of the real estate area was a natural continuity when Mantas joined the international Sotheby’s company a few years ago. Mantas shows in-depth interest in the needs of each customer and feels happy having achieved the desired result together with them.
