LÕVIRAHU RESIDENTIAL AREA:
More than 10 apartment buildings have already been completed in the Lõvirahu residential area, and the apartment buildings at Vesipapi Street 6 and 8, which are now available for sale, are among the last to be constructed.

HOUSES:
The buildings along Vesipapi Street have been designed by PIN Arhitektid OÜ.
Vesipapi Street 6 is an eight-story building, while Vesipapi Street 8 is a thirteen-story building. Both buildings are connected on the first two floors, creating a unified whole. All four buildings along Vesipapi Street are linked by a heated underground parking floor, and storage rooms for apartments are planned on both the garage floor and the second floor.
On the two-story section on the Mustamäe Road side, there are commercial spaces, and on the second floor of the Vesipapi Street side, there are guest apartments. Apartments are located from the third floor upward.
The buildings are constructed using prefabricated reinforced concrete panels, and the windows and balcony doors are PVC profiles, while the balcony railings are made of tempered glass. Both buildings have elevators.
The buildings are rated as A-energy class.
Vesipapi Street 6 is expected to be completed by May 2024, and Vesipapi Street 8 by November 2024.

APARTMENTS:
In the two buildings combined, there are over 110 apartments, ranging from one-room guest apartments to five-room family apartments. Starting from the fourth floor, all apartments have balconies, and third-floor apartments come with spacious rooftop terraces.
The majority of guest apartments are one-room studios, with sizes ranging from approximately 25 to 40 m2, but there is also one two-room and two three-room guest apartments.
There are three one-room apartments, located on the third to fifth floors of Vesipapi Street 8 building. These apartments are 33.7 m2 in size, with an additional 9 m2 balcony.
Two-room apartments can be found on all floors of both buildings, with sizes ranging from 43.8 to 56.1 m2, along with a 9 m2 balcony. One type of two-room apartment includes a sauna.
Three-room apartments are also available on every floor of both buildings, with sizes ranging from 63.9 to 75.4 m2, in addition to a 9 m2 balcony. Some three-room apartments have two bathrooms - one private bathroom attached to the main bedroom.
Four-room apartments are located exclusively in the Vesipapi Street 8 building, with one four-room apartment on each floor, ranging in size from 93.1 to 94.2 m2, plus a 9 m2 balcony. The third-floor apartment features a large (123 m2) terrace. The apartment includes a main bedroom connected to a private wardrobe and bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom and utility room.
Five-room apartments are also in the Vesipapi Street 8 building and are located from the sixth floor upwards. These apartments range in size from 97.8 to 98.9 m2, with an additional 9 m2 balcony. The main bedroom of the five-room apartment also includes a private bathroom, in addition to another bathroom, a separate WC, and a utility room within the apartment.
