A distinctive restaurant space is available for lease on one of Tallinn Old Town’s best-known streets, located on the basement level of the Meriton Old Town Garden Hotel at Pikk 29.
The historic premises, characterised by exposed limestone walls and vaulted ceilings, have for many years been home to Restaurant Trofé, a well-established venue popular with both local guests and visitors to Tallinn Old Town. We are now looking for a new operator who sees the potential of this established restaurant location and would like to continue operating the premises under their own concept.
The restaurant is located within the Meriton Old Town Garden Hotel building at Pikk 29 / Lai 24, in an active part of the Old Town with a natural flow of hotel guests, international visitors and local clientele.
The premises are situated on the basement level and comprise a main dining room, a smaller dining area, kitchen, restrooms, connecting corridors and ancillary spaces. Historic limestone walls, vaulted ceilings and the distinctive character of the premises provide an excellent setting for a variety of restaurant or bar concepts.
The restaurant has a maximum capacity of up to 70 guests.
Monthly rent: €4,500 + VAT, plus metered utility costs.
The rent includes the use of all existing kitchen equipment (gas stove, grill, refrigerators and other kitchen appliances), as well as the restaurant furniture.
