Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty opened a new office at Jomas Street 92 in Jūrmala on September 2.
“We have been present in Jūrmala for four seasons,” says Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty board member Ilze Mazurenko. “During that time, we’ve earned the trust of local residents, with dozens of owners of private homes and flats in Jūrmala entrusting the representation of their properties to us. We have rapidly increased the number of our clients, partners, real estate developers and investors in and around the spa town, and so it was only logical that we had to find new and larger facilities for our work.”
“Although the summer season has ended in the spa town, activities continue in Jūrmala during the other months of the year,” Mazurenko continues. “The autumn is an active period for us when it comes to work with local residents. We provide consultations of ways of more successfully managing properties, planning transactions, and taking part in the construction of new buildings or the restoration of existing ones. I might add that there is substantial increase in interest among local residents about rental opportunities, and we very much welcome those owners who appreciate the experience of professional specialists. We can find the right owner for each property, also ensuring that each owner will find a home that is appropriate for his or her lifestyle.”
The new Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty office in Jūrmala is on the first floor of a newly restored building at Jomas Street 92. The building has regained its historical and architectural beauty, and it is already attracting interest among tourists. The building is at the central part of Jūrmala, at the corner of Jomas and Turaidas streets. It is a few hundred metres from the Dzintaru concert hall, and the location is convenient both for drivers and for pedestrians. Elsewhere in the world, too, Sotheby’s International Realty opens offices on the main pedestrian avenues of spa towns. This is true in Spain, Greece, New Zealand and the British Virgin Islands, for instance.
The Baltic Sotheby’s International Realty office in Jūrmala was opened on July 6, 2010, and for four years it was located close to the new facilities.
During the autumn and winter period, the office will be open on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
