The house for sale is located in the Koidu residential area next to Laagri. The surrounding houses are finished and it is a well-established living environment. Within a radius of about 1.5 km, there are schools, kindergartens, shops (Maksimarket, Rimid, Selver), sportsclub, health center. There is a bus stop in the residential area, and the train station is also about 1.5 km away on foot.

The construction of the house is of stone, the ceiling is concrete, windows and exterior doors are in aluminum frames. The exterior finish was renewed in 2015 and the work was given a 10-year warranty, which is still valid. The interior of the house needs to be renewed - the parquet floors should be replaced, the ceilings and walls should be refinished.
